Arbitral tribunals often seem to view EU law as an unwelcome and unfamiliar distraction. I was at a talk given on Achme...Thank you for this. I was at a talk given on Achmea this week by Lorand Bartels, Alan Dashwood and Panos Koutrakos and exactly the samd issue were raised.
